MyVoice is an AI voice clone and voice design app for Burmese creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as display name, email address, login provider, plan, credit balance, and generation count.
• Voice reference files you upload or record for clone generation.
• Scripts, voice descriptions, generation settings, and generated audio result links.
• Top-up request details such as payer name, transaction ID, phone number, payment method, package, and notes.
• Basic app usage information needed for history, credits, rewards, and admin support.

How We Use Information

• To create AI voice clone and voice design audio.
• To keep your history, reference library, credits, and account settings tied to your account.
• To process manual credit top-up requests and admin approvals.
• To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and improve reliability.
• To provide rewarded ad credits when ads are enabled.

Voice Data and Generated Audio

Voice reference audio and generated audio may be sent to third-party AI providers such as Hugging Face Spaces or other configured voice providers when you request generation. You should only upload voice samples that you own or have permission to use.

Payments and Credits

MyVoice uses manual credit top-up requests. We do not store bank card information in the app. Payment proof details you submit are used only to verify your top-up request.

Ads

If rewarded ads are enabled, ad providers may process device or usage information according to their own policies. MyVoice uses reward completion status to add free credits to your account.

Data Retention

We keep account, history, reference, and payment request records as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable requirements. You may contact us to request account or data removal.

Your Responsibilities

Do not upload private, illegal, copyrighted, or unauthorized voice samples. Do not use MyVoice to impersonate others, deceive people, or create harmful content.
